Certain circumstances will be considered, depending on how far I am in the commission process. If refund is acceptable, a 20% fee will be NONrefundable.PAYMENT AND PRICING★ Price quotes are subject to change and are not binding, as I constantly update my prices to match the amount of effort put into them/ adjusting to fit specific details I have not stated previously with prices.
★Payments are only accepted through PayPal.
★Prices are in USD only.
★Payment is FULL UP-FRONT! Commissions will not be started until the full payment has been received, nor will be secured a spot unless all funds are sent. This is to ensure that I have the full amount received, instead of having to head hunt for missing funds.
★I do accept payment plan options for clients that I have worked with previously. I rely on trust in this line of work, and will only allow payment plans on special occasion or to those who have shown responsibility to stay on top of payments that were agreed upon.REGARDING EDITS★ I will send to you preliminary sketches before moving on to the next phase (Linework) with approval. Any adjustments at the sketch stage are free of charge, so feel free to ask for any kind of edits that comes to your mind. I will also provide linework, and flat color progress as well, to ensure all details are met. NO edits can be made to the initial idea after the sketch has been approved, and flat colors can be adjusted if markings are inaccurate to the character's design.
★ Client must provide accurate, clear references, and specify all details they wish to see in the artwork, or accept my interpretation of unclear references. Shaded references are accepted, but a fee may be added if colors/markings are vague and not easily readable.
★ Minor edits can be made in the final artwork for free only if I forgot any details, accessories, etc, that you the client mentioned during the sketch phase. Don't be shy to ask if I miss anything.
★ Minor / major edits can be made in the final work if you wish to add things on your commission not mentioned between the sketch and flat color phases. Be aware, however: there will be a fee from %15 to %75 of the total price you paid for the art, depending on the complexity of the edit. I try to make this a point while sharing WIPs with each client, to ensure it is exactly what is being requested.WORK SCHEDULE★ I will be working 4-5 days/ week,
being off Saturdays and Sundays (and potentially a day off mid week for burnout recovery if needed).
★ All scheduling updates will be made via Twitter, including sick days and vacation periods. Any additional delays will be made note of there, so please stay informed by checking my feed. I make as much effort as I can to ensure that all clients know exactly what is going on with my life, that may detriment the process of their products.
★ Please let me know if your commission will have a deadline! I have no problem with prioritizing certain pieces, but a fee will be added to the piece depending on how urgent it is needed and how full my queue is at the time.
★ I have the right to take breaks during the commission process or work on personal pieces in between commissions. I am a human being, with a relationship, family, and personal needs to attend to. Please be considerate of this.
★ Timeframes on commissions will vary due to complexity, but are guaranteed within 3-4 month’s time MAX from payment when my queue is full. This is also taking illness, breaks, or personal vacations into account.YOUR RIGHTS★ It is the commissioner's responsibility to read and understand these terms. Should the client have any questions, it is their legal responsibility to ask/clarify prior to placing their commission order.
★ The commissioner has the right to re-post the commissioned artwork WITH CREDIT.
★ You may not edit, re-sell, redistribute, copy, or attempt to recreate my artwork (including inserting into any AI format). My artwork may not be heavily referenced or traced.
★ The commissioner doesn't have the right to remove any watermarks placed on their commission, nor do they have the right to receive an un-watermarked version of their commission.MY RIGHTS★ I retain full rights to my artwork and may display it in my galleries or use it to promote or advertise my work. This includes progress images and sketches. Only commissions that have been previously agreed upon as "Private Commissions" will not be posted/shared, in respect for the client.
★ I have the right to refuse any commission, regardless of what phase it is in, if I receive harassment, mistreatment, threats, etc from the commissioner. If received while process has been made on the commission, there will NOT be a refund issued. If harassment/ threats are made following completion of the commission, see the following:If any of my terms are violated,
I reserve the right to:1. Block your account and permanently ban you
from commissioning me again.
